Sunday Protein: The Condo Farmer

From the WSJ:

Forget the golf-course community or the manicured subdivision. A number of developers are now offering homes on working farms.

Catering to Americans’ desire to live “green,” developers around the country are creating communities on or adjoining farms, pitching views of sorghum fields, grazing livestock, and local — very local — food, such as eggs residents collect from the property’s henhouse. The communities, however, aren’t necessarily in the boondocks. Some are in suburbs or near cities.

  1. The other day, while I was at work, my sister stole
my apple ipad and tested to see if it can survive a forty foot drop,
just so she can be a youtube sensation. My
apple ipad is now destroyed and she has 83 views.

I know this is entirely off topic but I had to share it with someone!

  2. First of all I would like to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to
ask if you don’t mind. I was interested to know how
you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I’ve had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.

I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to
15 minutes tend to be lost simply just trying to figure out how to begin.
    Any ideas or hints? Cheers!
